- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
- Certain items, such as personal care products, intimate wear, and customized products, are non-returnable (if applicable).
Return Process

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Refund & Store Credit
- Refunds will only be credited to your Avantrys.com store wallet.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
- No cash or bank refunds will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit after reviewing your claim.
