At Avantrys.com, we strive to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Products that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
  • Certain items, such as personal care products, intimate wear, and customized products, are non-returnable (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at 9321913895 with your order details.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Refund & Store Credit

  • Refunds will only be credited to your Avantrys.com store wallet.
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
  • No cash or bank refunds will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit after reviewing your claim.
